Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Site must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it shall be permanently barred.
